Refunds are only offered for full-price items. Credit notes are provided for returns on full-price, temporary promotion and sale items. Final sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.

If eligible for a refund, $10.95 will be deducted for shipping. Free domestic exchanges and returns for a credit note are available. International returns are at the customer's expense. See the Returns Policy for details.
