Select boutiques offer click & collect, subject to local stock availability.
Orders are typically ready the following day, with same-day collection often available for orders placed prior to midday, simply contact your chosen boutique to confirm.
An email notification will confirm when your piece is ready to collect.
3-HOUR DELIVERY
Available for metro orders placed before 11am on weekdays, depending on inventory at your nearest boutique. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY
Available for metro orders placed before 11am on weekdays, depending on local boutique inventory. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.
SAME-DAY AND 3-HOUR CONDITIONS
Orders placed after 11AM or on public holidays will be scheduled for delivery on the following business day.
Recipients must be available to accept the delivery, as items cannot be left unattended or delivered to parcel lockers.
Additional fees apply for redelivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING VIA DHL EXPRESS CALCULATES AT CHECKOUT.
All international orders are sent via DHL Express which requires a signature upon delivery (Please note DHL will not deliver to PO Boxes*).

DUTIES & TAXES
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.
VIKTORIA & WOODS cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival.
These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery dates supplied by VIKTORIA & WOODS are a best estimate only and VIKTORIA & WOODS will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
