All goods purchased from Viktoria & Woods Online Boutique can only be returned by submitting a Refundid Return Request form with 14 Days of delivery and can not be returned in store.
REFUNDS
Are available for full-priced items. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days from the date of delivery, or in store pick up, unless deemed faulty by our team.
All items must not be damaged, altered or washed and have no makeup stains to be eligible for a return.
For health and hygiene reasons, our change of mind policy excludes all V&W Foundation styles, underwear, swimwear, jewellery and hair accessories.
Viktoria & Woods’ Change of Mind Policy adheres to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
EXCHANGES
Are available for a different size or colour.
FINAL SALE
Items will be eligible for a size exchange only, not a refund or store credit. If your desired size is not available to exchange, you will not be able to return your item.
TEMPORARY PROMOTION & SALE
Items are eligible for an exchange or credit note to the value of the purchase.
For example: this applies to items purchased during a '10% off full price items' promotion.
AUSTRALIA RETURNS
Complimentary returns for exchanges and credit notes.
Refunds incur a $20 processing fee.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Exchange, Credit & Refund available at customer's expense. All policies apply for International Customers.
AFTERPAY
Orders paid with Afterpay will be refunded to your Afterpay account once your return is processed by our warehouse.
Please note, you’ll continue to make any scheduled payments until the refund has been processed.
FAULTY
At Viktoria & Woods we pride ourselves on quality products, we apologise if you have received a faulty item. If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact our customer care team.

Outlet Store Purchase All items must be returned in their original and unworn condition with tags attached and within 7 days from date of purchase. Viktoria & Woods agrees to offer you an exchange of equal or higher value. Refunds or credit notes are not offered for change of mind. Viktoria & Woods does not accept returns of final sale items. This includes items marked as final sale.
