RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love your pieces as much as we loved designing them. If your selection isn’t quite right, we invite you to return your items within 14 days of delivery or boutique pick-up.
To be eligible for a return, garments must be in their original, unworn condition free of makeup, alterations, or laundering with all tags securely attached.

FULL PRICE
Eligible for a refund (online only), exchange, or store credit.
PROMOTIONS & SALE
Eligible for an exchange or credit note only.
FINAL SALE
Eligible for size exchange only. If your desired size is unavailable, the item is not eligible for return.
FOUNDATION PIECES
For health and hygiene, we do not offer returns on V&W Foundation pieces, underwear, swimwear, jewellery, or hair accessories.
FOOTWEAR
Shoes must be returned in their original condition, housed within their branded box and protective box. Damaged packaging will not be accepted.
FAULTY
If you have received an item that is less than perfect, we sincerely apologise.
Please reach out to our Client Services Team so we can rectify this for you in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
ONLINE RETURNS
ONLINE BOUTIQUE ORDERS
Online purchases must be initiated via our Refundid Return portal. Please note that while our boutiques can facilitate an exchange or store credit for online orders, refunds can only be processed through the refundid portal.
AU ONLINE RETURNS
We offer complimentary shipping for exchanges and credit notes. Refunds incur a $20 processing fee.
INTERNATIONAL
Returns are welcome through our Refundid returns portal.
AFTERPAY
Orders paid with Afterpay will be refunded to your Afterpay account once your return is processed by our warehouse. Please note, you’ll continue to make any scheduled payments until the refund has been processed.
IN-STORE RETURNS
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Boutique purchases cannot be returned for a refund and can only be returned to a boutique for an exchange or credit note.
IN-STORE "FLOOR TO DOOR" HOME DELIVERY
Orders placed in-store for home delivery cannot be returned via the online refundid portal. Please return to your nearest boutique.
