Yes, most VIKTORIA & WOODS accessories are eligible for return, with the exception of hair accessories for hygiene reasons. Items for return need to meet the conditions outlined in our returns policy. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup, and be in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Returning a purchase made from our online boutique must be initiated via a returns request. If the accessory style is marked ‘final sale’, it is not eligible for return.
