These terms and conditions govern the VIKTORIA & WOODS wardrobe competition.

Win a $5,000 Bespoke VIKTORIA & WOODS Wardrobe

Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory. Employees of Viktoria & Woods, their immediate families and anyone associated with the administration of this promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entry period
Entries open at 3:00PM AEST on 18 September 2026 and close at 11:59PM AEST on 21 October 2026. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

How to enter
To enter, visit https://viktoriaandwoods.com.au/pages/win-a-wardrobe-terms-and-conditions and submit your name and email address during the entry period. Optionally, you may also provide your mobile number for an additional entry. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

The prize
One winner will receive a bespoke VIKTORIA & WOODS wardrobe to the value of up to $5,000 AUD, made from exclusive fabrics from the VIKTORIA & WOODS private archive. The wardrobe will be created in collaboration with the VIKTORIA & WOODS team. The prize will not exceed $5,000 AUD in value. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize must be accepted as offered and cannot be varied.

Prize redemption
Once the winner is announced they will be invited to their nearest VIKTORIA & WOODS boutique for a private styling appointment with our in-store team. The winner will select their preferred styles from the VIKTORIA & WOODS archive lookbook, up to a total value of $5,000 AUD. Selected pieces will be produced and delivered to the boutique of the winner's choice. The winner will be contacted when their order is ready and invited back to collect and try on their custom pieces.

A complimentary tailoring consultation is available as part of the V&W client experience and is offered at the discretion of VIKTORIA & WOODS. This service is not included in the prize value.

All redemption details will be communicated to the winner by email.

Winner selection
One winner will be selected by random draw conducted internally by Viktoria & Woods using a verified random selection tool. The draw will take place on 11:00AM AEST 22 October 2026 at 20-24 Hall Street, Hawthorn East, Victoria, 3123. A record of the draw will be retained by the Promoter.

Winner notification
The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within five business days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within seven days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

ACT exclusion
This promotion is not open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory. Any entries received from ACT residents will be deemed invalid.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook or Instagram). Any questions or concerns regarding this promotion must be directed to VIKTORIA & WOODS and not to Meta.

Privacy
Personal information collected through this promotion will be used by VIKTORIA & WOODS to administer the promotion and, with your consent, to send you marketing communications. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the VIKTORIA & WOODS Privacy Policy available at viktoriaandwoods.com.au/privacy. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required to administer this promotion.

General conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if it becomes necessary due to circumstances outside its control. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
