For questions about your delivery, our Client Services team is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm AEDT.

EXPRESS SHIPPING - $15

All express orders are shipped using Australia Post Express and will be delivered with 1-3 business days*. Order are shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm on
weekdays. 

STANDARD - COMPLIMENTARY ON ORDERS ORDER $300, $12 UNDER $300

All standard orders are shipped using Australia Post eParcel and will be delivered with 2-5 business days*. Shipped the same day if ordered before 12pm on weekdays.

CLICK & COLLECT - COMPLIMENTARY

Pick up from V&W boutiques is available in accordance with boutique opening hours which can be found here.

Click & Collect orders will be ready to collect the following day, orders placed before midday may be eligible for same day pick up, but please contact your nominated boutique to confirm.

You will receive an email from Viktoria & Woods when your order is ready for pick up.

3HR DELIVERY

0-15km - from $28

15-30km - from $38

Available before 11am metro only (excluding public holidays) on orders over $200+.

Orders placed after 11am, will be scheduled for delivery the next business day. Available based on inventory at your nearest store.

Delivery fee varies by distance from the store location* and are subject to your postcode which will be calculated at checkout.

Please make sure you are available to receive your order as we are unable to leave it unattended or at a locker box. There will be an additional charge for redelivery.

SAME DAY DELIVERY - CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT

Available before 11am metro only (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 11am, will be scheduled for delivery the next business day.

Available based on inventory at your nearest store for orders over $200.

Delivery fee varies by distance from the store location*.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING VIA DHL EXPRESS CALCULATES AT CHECKOUT.

All international orders are sent via DHL Express which requires a signature upon delivery (Please note DHL will not deliver to PO Boxes*).

*Shipping prices and order value are in AUD unless otherwise specified.

DUTIES & TAXES

When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.

VIKTORIA & WOODS cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival.
These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Delivery dates supplied by VIKTORIA & WOODS are a best estimate only and VIKTORIA & WOODS will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.

Please note that international online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense.
