“Viktoria and Woods are proud to be present with women in different stages in her life. How she carries herself and her V&W pieces signature to each, is special to be a part of.”

Discover Tiffany Mills, partner of Sydney Swans captain Callum Mills custom Viktoria & Woods gown for the Brownlow, designed in collaboration with Nuda Studios Stylist, Victoria Burns. Made in Melbourne at our in-house atelier, celebrates a beautiful partnership of fashion and design in three signature Viktoria & Woods fabrications and silhouettes.
“An ensemble that is feminine and soft, Viktoria & Woods understood exactly how I wanted to feel on the day and executed it perfectly.”

We sat down with Tiffany for a discussion on how she thinks of her style, how it’s evolved over her lifetime and how she came to Viktoria and Woods for the Brownlow celebrating her and her family’s personal milestones this year.
“Falling pregnant and being able to grow a baby is something that is so special to us. We can’t wait for the chaos ahead.”
Tiffany, who is your style muse?
I don’t have a muse or set style in particular, but rather changes depending on my mood for the day or activity. I take inspiration from a lot of Australian and international stylists and designers for ideas and tips from The Row, Khaite, Maison Margiela, Cult Gaia, Alaïa and of course Viktoria and Woods.
How has your style evolved over time?
It has definitely grown and evolved with my age. I had a bad habit of leaning towards black and white, so I’m currently adding in more colour to my style and branching out. But mostly it’s evolved to buying less clothes but more really good quality investment pieces that are timeless and I’ll have for life.
What is your idea of the perfect outfit?
Simple but chic and paired back. I never overload an outfit and take away from the beauty of each piece. I love to compliment an outfit with a bag, shoes and always a pair of sunglasses that match. It’s also perfect when a piece is tailored to you and the fit looks effortless. I am a big believer in tailoring clothes, your jeans in particular to get the right fit.
What item in your wardrobe is your most worn and why?
Two items. My Acne oversized men’s leather blazer. It’s the perfect oversized fit, the best jacket to grab and go and will work with most outfits. My Viktoria and Woods Pilot Pant in Black is the other. They are so easy to dress up and down, they feel amazing with the cupro fabric and look really chic and flattering.

The Making Of
Combining the trends of the season and our modern approach to occasion dressing. Tiffany’s look takes a powder blue silk georgette in an extended version of the Holliday Cape Top. A bodysuit in custom dyed powermesh with matching lace detailing, referencing the strength of Viktoria & Woods signature corsetry. Finished off in a silk satin bias cut skirt with custom dyed lace detailing.

What went into the process of getting ready for the Brownlow this year?
I felt this year just came together really easily and I owe that to my amazing stylist Victoria Burns at Nuda studios. She worked really closely with Viktoria and Woods to design the dress and there were no notes when she showed me the brief from the collaboration. Victoria, and Viktoria & Woods just got exactly how I wanted to feel on the day and executed it perfectly.

How did you imagine this piece and what inspired you with its design choices?
My stylist Victoria Burns, and I wanted the ensemble to be super feminine and soft. We really wanted to accentuate the bump and have it feel really sleek and elegant. Partnering with Viktoria & Woods to design this custom look, we wanted to really lean into their signature silhouettes and fabrics too. We were particularly inspired by their Kingdom Skirt and Culture Top & The Holliday Cape from their new collection coming out in October.
