Australian Shipping
We use Australia Registered Post (2-5 business days) and Express services (1–2 business days).
Express shipments within metro areas deliver with 1–2 business days.
Areas outside these metro regions, as well as WA & NT should allow an extra 2 business days.
*Delivery time frames begin from the time the parcel is collected by Australia Post.
All deliveries must be signed for upon arrival. If you are not present to sign, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. We do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option. We recommend you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes.
Click & Collect
Pick up from V&W boutiques is available in accordance with boutique opening hours which can be found here.
Our Click & Collect service allows you the option to collect your online purchase directly from one of our V&W boutiques.
Click & Collect orders will be ready to collect the following day, orders placed before midday may be eligible for same day pick up, but please contact your nominated boutique to confirm.
You will receive an email from Viktoria & Woods when your order is ready for pick up.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery is available based on inventory at your nearest store for orders over $200.
Delivery cost varies by distance from the store location and is calculated at checkout.
Order by 11am for delivery on the same day (excluding public holidays).
For orders placed after 11am, your delivery will be scheduled for delivery the next business day.
International Shipping
All international orders are sent via DHL Express which requires a signature upon delivery (please note DHL will not deliver to PO Boxes*).
*Shipping prices and order value are in AUD unless otherwise specified.
Duties & Taxes
When orders shipped internationally reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Australia’s 10% GST is not charged on international orders. This tax will automatically be removed at checkout once your delivery address is complete.
VIKTORIA & WOODS cannot be held responsible for any possible custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be enforced upon arrival.
These will remain the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Delivery dates supplied by VIKTORIA & WOODS are a best estimate only and VIKTORIA & WOODS will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay by our delivery partners.
Please note that international online returns for change of mind will be at the customer's expense.
