OUR FOCUS
We aim to be a force for good by extending our relationships to charitable organisations who help respect and restore our planet. Working with trusted partners who make a big impact will help us on our mission to support artisans, increase social advocacy, divert fabric waste from landfill and provide clothing to people in need.
OUR COMMITMENT
Through years of conscious giving we have formed strong partnerships with charity groups who help foster our pursuit to protect people and the planet. As we continue these relationships we seek to explore new partnerships which help increase our positive impact in meaningful ways.
Our commitment to transparency and improving all areas of our supply chain echoes our commitment to invest in people and partnerships that strengthen our local community. We continually seek to support an empowered, diverse and collaborative workforce, forging an inclusive culture for our whole V&W community.

OCEAN PRESERVATION
Continue charitable giving with local focus and connection to Ocean preservation and education.
CIRCULARITY
Facilitate research, education and growth in the industry in a way that is positive to people and planet. Including fibre innovations and new technology with a focus on building a circular business model.
LOCAL COMMUNITIES
Work with artisans who give back to their local community and ensure fair and safe working conditions for all.

We acknowledge the fashion industry’s impact on people and the planet and take this into account when entering and maintaining partnerships. We focus on circularity and waste reduction whilst also empowering our local communities.
PARTNERSHIPS
AIRROBE
As part of our commitment to a sustainable fashion industry, we have joined the Circular Fashion movement by partnering with AirRobe. This partnership empowers our customers to have a circular wardrobe & seamless re- commerce shopping experience with V&W. By sharing the love and joining the circular economy your V&W pieces stay out of landfill and help leave a lighter footprint on our planet.
Since our partnership with Airrobe, V&W has offset 24,969kg of C02 emissions, 2,378kg of waste avoided and 108,199L water wastage avoided.

FITTED FOR WORK
We regularly donate past season stock and samples to Fitted For Work, a not-for-profit organisation to help women in Australia experiencing disadvantages get work, keep work and navigate through working life with success. They provide women with practical skills, knowledge, self-esteem and the know-how so that they can move forward with confidence in the workplace.
THREAD TOGETHER
We are proud to be working with the charitable organisation Thread Together, driving social and environmental change to dress those in need and manage fashion waste. We have recently supported this worthy cause during the 2022 Melbourne Fashion Festival & ‘We Wear Australian’ campaigns with a financial pledge and regular product donations.
GREAT BARRIER REEF FOUNDATION
In 2024 we partnered with the iconic Great Barrier Reef Foundation as exclusive launch partner on charity platform i=Change. Donating a portion of our profits from online sales to the Plant A Coral fund to support GBRF’s world leading reef restoration projects using IVF heat tolerant coral planting through the Pacific.
UPPAREL
In 2023 we partnered with local business Upparel to recycle our workroom fabric scraps and fabric waste to ensure we are minimising our impact on the environment. Upparel offers innovative and circular solutions to convert waste into useful new products, including cushion linings, furnishings and more.
AUSTRALIAN FASHION COUNCIL
We are proud to be part of the Australian Fashion Council, a not-for-profit organisation that strives to empower and guide the fashion and textile industry to become innovative, resilient and sustainable.
