The ideal candidate will have boutique management experience including; exceptional customer service skills, outstanding visual merchandising abilities, an ability to establish and build strong customer relationships including nurturing and growing our VIP clientele, a high standard or personal presentation and communication skills and can incorporate all of these skills and more to achieve company and individual boutique goals, whilst being able to continue to motivate and drive your team to success in a positive manner.

Working thoroughly with our close knit team both at a store & head office level you will become part of the V&W team enjoying many benefits that come with the role.

We are looking for creative, passionate and focused individuals who deliver the best quality with integrity from every level. The ideal applicant will be motivated, with a strong interest in Australian fashion and have a minimum of 2 years’ boutique management experience working within a premium sales role.
