Please note, Australia Post is experiencing delays with their standard shipping and express post parcel delivery services. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We use Australia Post Standard (2 – 5 business days) and Express services (1 – 2 business days). We use DHL Express for all international orders. Express shipments within metro areas deliver with 1 – 2 business days. Areas outside these metro regions, as well as WA & NT should allow an extra 2 business days. Same Day Delivery
Order by 11am for delivery on the same day. The option will appear at checkout. Delivery cost is $20.
RETURNS
We provide free domestic returns for exchange or credit.
Domestic refunds will incur a $10.95 deduction from your order.
International returns are at the customers expense.
