At Viktoria & Woods, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and great fit.
We are happy to provide you with a refund, exchange or online credit note when:
- A Return Authorisation number (RA) is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached).
- Returns must include all original packaging including shoe boxes and dust bags, in original condition.
- Items are accompanied with proof of purchase
In the event that your return does not meet any of the above terms, Viktoria & Woods reserves the right to not approve your return request.
To ensure you will be eligible for a return, we recommend the following;
- Take care when trying on garments to avoid make-up rubbing off.
- Avoid scuff marks on shoes by trying on a soft surface.
- To ensure marking on fabrics and accessories does not occur, avoid applying body moisturisers and deodorants before trying on.
Please note, postage costs are not refunded with returns and return postage is the responsibilty of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1. Please contact our friendly customer care team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorisation number (RA) within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. We kindly ask to please include your original order number and the name of the item/s you wish to return in your RA request.
3. After you have been issued an RA number please complete the Returns Form included in your parcel and send your items to:
4. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification.
Please note, it can take up to 3 business days to process returns once delivered.
No refunds will be offered on sale or discounted items, however the purchase may be returned for an online credit note or exchange, provided that the item(s) meet the conditions for full-priced item returns.
Due to health reasons earrings are not able to be returned unless faulty.
All purchases from Viktoria & Woods retail boutiques must be returned in store. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been purchased through an external retail boutique.
