ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
At Viktoria & Woods, we understand that your online purchase may not be suitable and that you may wish to return your order. This policy relates to Viktoria and Woods Online only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns from other department stores or online stores as we operate as separate entities. Please note Viktoria and Woods in-store boutiques cannot process returns for made from our online boutique.
ONLINE RETURN REQUIREMENTS
Your order will be returned to us within 14 days from your delivery date, are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached) and include all original packaging including shoe boxes and dust bags, in original condition. In the event that your return does not meet any of the above terms, Viktoria & Woods reserves the right to not approve your return request.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
Items purchased at full price are eligible for a full refund/ exchange or online voucher. Please note we do not refund the costs associated with shipping.
Items purchased on sale or are purchased during a promotional sale event are eligible for an online voucher only. Please note we do not refund the costs associated with shipping.
Exchanges are subject to availability, please contact our friendly customer care team to discuss an exchange. Please note we are only able to hold your exchange request (pending availability) for fourteen days from date of request. After fourteen days we are unable to guarantee your exchange request can be processed. Please note we do not refund the costs associated with shipping
Please try on all footwear on soft surfaces before wearing them. We will not accept footwear that shows signs of wear/ markings or scratched. Ensure shoes are returned in their original packaging.Please note we do not refund the costs associated with shipping
Due to health reasons earrings are not able to be returned unless faulty. Please note we do not refund the costs associated with shipping
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible. Please note we may not be able to change/cancel any order once it has been submitted.
We apologise for any inconvenice caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care Team to notify us of any issues and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
Please note if you purchased your garment from a stockist you do need to contact them directly.
Viktoria and Woods have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our online boutique. However due to the fact that we use flash photography, along with the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your devise will display a colour which is completely accurate.
HOW TO SUBMIT AN ONLINE RETURN
1. Ensure the conditions of returns listed above have been met.
2. Please contact our friendly customer care team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorisation number (RA). We kindly ask that you include your original order number and the name of the item/s you wish to return in your RA request.
3. After you have been issued with an RA number please complete the Returns Form included in your parcel, we do suggest using a traceable return post.
4. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email notification. Please note, it can take up to three business days to process returns once delivered.

Viktoria and Woods are not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.
Unfortunately, at this time, all online orders do need to be returned by post.
BOUTIQUE RETURNS POLICY
Thank you for shopping within one of our Viktoria and Woods boutiques.
All returns are subject to an in-store credit note or exchange within seven days from date of purchase. Your order will be returned to us within 7 days from your date of purchase, are returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached) and include all original packaging including shoe boxes and dust bags, in original condition.
In the event that your return does not meet any of the above terms, Viktoria & Woods reserves the right to not approve your return request.
All goods deemed to be faulty will be repaired, replaced or credited.
No returns, exchanges on sale items.
No refunds unless required by Law.
