To ensure delivery before Christmas please place orders before the below dates:
Australian Orders | Midday the 21st of December via express post
International | Midday the 19th of December
Orders placed between 3pm Wednesday the 21st- 28th December – will be shipped on the 28th December.
Orders placed between 3pm Wednesday 28th December - 4th January- will be shipped on the 4th January
Please note during the holiday period there could be delays with postal services.
EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
We have extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2016. Orders placed after 1ST DEC 2016 – 24th DEC 2016 are eligible to be exchanged or returned until the 4th January 2017 on full priced items only.

At Viktoria & Woods, we take great pride in our reputation for quality and great fit, we are happy to provide you with a refund or exchange where goods are:
• Returned to us within 7 days of delivery.
• Returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached).
• Accompanied with proof of purchase
• Return authorisation number (RA) has been approved and is accompanied by a return form (sent with your original order).

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorisation (RA) number. Once your return or exchange has been approved by one of our friendly staff, you will receive your RA number. Please fill out the returns sheet sent with your order to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

When returning goods to Viktoria & Woods, it is advised that you choose a traceable method (e.g. express post).
Please allow up to 14 days for exchange
No refunds will be offered on sale or discounted items, however we will happily exchange only within 7 days.
Due to health reasons earrings are not able to be returned unless faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that have been purchased through an external retail boutique.
